Kitchen Shunju is particularly interesting because they use the freshest ingredients to cook simple Japanese dishes. The deep fried homemade tofu here is especially good. The interior design of the restaurant is bright and classy, and they have a glass-in kitchen, so you'll be able to see all the actions that are going on in the kitchen. Gan: Thought it was something like a japanese-dutch fusion restaurant.
