We love okinawan dishes. We tried this style of Japanese cooking for the first time in Hawaii and loved it every since. We heard about this restaurant at My City and decided to eat there. The food was not bad. We were surprised that the cook is so young! Gan: Women chefs are a rarity and even more so in Asia but she's one hell of an amazing cook!
