Yong Tau Fu is a hakka dish. Vegetables such as eggplants, okra, tofu, foo chok are stuffed with fish paste and deep fried in oil and then served in an anchovies soup broth. People usually eat Yong Tau Fu with a side of noodles in light sauce. A very Malaysian dish.
